sl can be a serious " coitus interruptus ".

no really, i had a wonderful night with ston and then i get sucked into sue stonebender's sim and the green sim went from blue to gray goo and blaa i was gone, crashed.

tonight was a rare night for the gala. because i didn't do jack shit as in working, re- texturing other peoples crazy shit. i actually enjoyed my sl and took some nonpaid leave, and went on a explorer's tour with the charming ston.

we started out at his lil land, where we played ringle rangle rosie for a second and then landed in his hammock, when ston suddenly decided to kiss my 'dejavu' 500L boots. i'm not gonna lie, i thought its dam sexy to have some saliva on those boots of mine..which are not just made for walking.

and we continued. i've told ston about some amazing builds i've seen in sl, one in particular, called " ivillage", build by the infamous sl builder " barnesworth anubis". we tp'd over there and my heart skipped! wtf... the building has been moved, the top designer furnitures are gone. we looked at a almost empty house and nothing was there anymore but a few linden plants. i was so dissapointed.

some guy was there and he couldn't see the build neither ( i was trying to blame it on the lag first - negative tho ). anyway the guy asked me if i have seen the bookshop, and my standard answer to any sort of question is "NO". so he said follow me, ston and me flew through the air and landed at the bookshop. also created by barnesworth. and doooh, yes i've been there, seen this kickass place. we chatted a lil bit, the three of us. ston was being silly or stoned as most of the time and gave me a copy of his armed, helmet wearing, pirate flag carrying, chain-joint-smoking-parrot. which i now wear with ueber pride.

i've told ston i needed some books for "alex's pwn shop", because alex needs some items to give to all these noobs or not so noobs. ston suggested to take " em all ". but no no... i am picky. i don't want to kick someones braincells with retarded dean r koontz never ending horror stories, nor the " how to be a good husband" clichee books.

i picked some nice ones out, including a classic read. i managed to message alex and told him i would like to give these books to his pwn shop funds, to slap some knowledge into the heads of those non literal av's of sl.he smiled and lol'd for a second. i hope these are some real reads and not just picture books. let me know alex, or i will file a free copy complaint with the bookstore owner.

while at the bookstore, ston and me talked about pirates - a passion we both share, so i jumped into my freebie canimal piratey matey outfit and then we went on from old time pirates, parrots to johnny the wonderful depp ( "depp" btw... in bavarian slang means " tard, idiot ")

and wowowowaaa, ston the amazing frenchman who seems to have clothes for every dam occasion, went into skin shifting and stood in front of me as a " johnny depp". don't believe me? the look at this pic, heffa. i aint lying.

the dreadlocks were gone and exchanged for this carbon copy of zee johnny. isn't he just amazing?

yet i do like ston more as the OG ston, the dreadz with the fuzzy beard and the funny attitude. just like that, on our first date pic, where we sat on his land, prior to dancing the night away.

anyhow... as i've mentiond above, we went exploring tonight, and landed at the "relic sim". one of my favorite places. the sim is so dam prettyful and you can smell the work that sue and baron put into the sim. from the tiny details to the big picture. it is just one amazing and breathtaking place.

as we explored the pirate ship and did a prim count.. all of a sudden i get a strange IM, saying " myg <3 gala "!

and something about the ship we all were on. i was puzzled, i thought who in the world knows that love slogan that myg and i have had since the beginning of " philly's section -8 " days.

it was the evil agent as you can read in myg's blog. his name was wrath paine .

yea it's a trip, i haven't written anything on here for a while, and today it's going to be 2 blogs.

i've been busy maaaan, in sl and rl. my rl is none of yours, unles i know your ass really well.

but my sl has been a rollercoaster. i've been texturing for carducci, and his new sim called " platinum plus ".

beautiful woman, gangstas, handsome men, rp'rs and noobs galore ( some even have some sort of sense ).

naked noobs who don't know how to walk straight, but they know how to tp to the "sexclub" and stick their discolored peckers into some pixel punana hole.

there is so much to see on platinum plus. a theater, a gunrange, gas station, dancing on the streets, hobos. hell everything. including the best guns in sl.

now my new " baby project " was to make a " diner". i love the ghettofied texturing ( and the real look, nothing cartoonish in gala's texture adventures ),  and the dark and dirty look. so a traditional diner was again a new challenge. took me about all day to do that. because my ideas come along while i work on it piece by piece.

i've looked at many other diners on sl and slx, and they all had a few things in common. they were either aqua bright, or based on a 50's look or just downright bad builds with sl default textures, or colored prims without textures.

i've been bugging carducci to get a diner, because every cool sim needs a diner. so he bought this crazy looking thing from slx.

this diner had mainly colored orange prims, terrible default texture - basicly who in the world would want to eat here look.

so i went to work, collected food and drinks, silverware everything i could get my pixel hands on from all over sl. and the texturing madness begun. i am a sucker for the " real thing look ". i can't stand bad texturing, or color combos that just hurt your eyes and make your stomach hurl.

so here is my end product of the diner i've created, with many morgue textures, an dirty stove texture i slapped up in ps. among rust and old dirty floors. basicly a hangout for people, whom are on a limited income and have been going to the same diner for the past 30 yrs to have some bad lukewarm coffee, the hipster with his laptop, who eats cheap hotdogs because he is really unemployed yet he thinks he looks just cooler with his non working laptop, the cyber punks who love the ambiente from old to new to postmodern. something for everyone. that was in my mind. get a place that is real, that you would visit in rl - minus the bad food and bad service.

cheaa! i've been taking some pics of best male av's in sl. everyone talks about the nice female av's, and of course i am the bestest one * grins *.

anyhow what about the guys - they need a place in someone's blog too, right? riiight.

as a matter of fact, i think i am one of the most hated females in the platinum plus sim. why?

because i speak my dam mind, and more then likely if you are a noob - i wont like you. your skin makes me itch, your handpainted hair and bad shape - yep you make me itch even more.

anyhow, here it is. this pic is of some neko guy who i thought looks so dam cool, notice the 2 colored eyes, and the overbite! a overbite usually looks better on females, but this guy rocks:

 

next, there is "dex", he is a part of the platinum plus aka carducci clique. he pissed me off last night, because he is in his own word " just to gullible". yes dex you are just that, and you gotta get your mind straight and stop breaking females hearts on sl, cause otherwise, i will put you into the ' looser' category. so get ya act together and stop being such a snitching and bitching crybaby. neverthless tho, he has a cool av, i call it the " corey hart " look.

 

next there is the bossman, the carducci. even tho his av is not handsome in a typically handsome way - yet he is handsome to me. he got a weird look, can't really dress worth shit, one day he is bob marley, the next day he plays urban cowboy, then back to the gangsta - everything- gotta - gotta match shit. but women and men flock to him, like bees around some no good honey. he is a sl phenomenon with attitudes from hell - but he also got his good moments. he is definetly different, and different is good. ( btw, you owe me 50L for the texture uploads - pay up heffa, lol )

 

 

and last but not least, there is "ston3d", one of the most beautiful male av's i've seen in sl. this pic actually doesn't do this charming frenchman no justice. you can usually see him with a parrot on his shoulder, who wears a army helmet, got a bulletchain on his back and smokes a joint. this is a pic i took at fraxini, carducci's scarface mansion, at some party. ( i have better pics of him...but i am in there as well ) so this will have to do it. he usually doesn't wear the bling, he is just dam handsome and funny as hell.

yes, i think the time has come dear section 8'rs, i will sell my beloved philly.

i'm never there, nor do i have the time to maintain the rentals. and i know most of you guys, are just so sweet and keeping the lofts as a favour and friendship thingy torwards me. i've seen you guys bought half of topgol, and i think it is really time - that i pay my dues and sell it as well.

i am going to let you all know in my blog before hand, because i don't want to send out a silly group notice and slap you all in the face with the news.

i talked to myg and romana about 2 month ago, regarding the state of philly and told you ladies, that i will make a decission by the end of april. well its end of may, and i have to sell it. i simply can't afford it anymore.

but i would truly like, for someone to buy that land, who is already in philly and would keep the theme of philly going.

this project was a very sentimental project which created philly, with romana's ideas and her teaching me on how to build and how to place a city layout.

friendships were made, and i will never ever forget the beginning footsteps of our philly. how we created the NOW most beautiful community project co-op, like the topgol mainland sim. the sim, aside the casino bastard monkeys is just plain breathtaking. the garden, matthew has created, dianne's backpart is freakin amazing. the barber, pwn shop, wawa shop, watertower.......beautiful and then some.

but time has come, all things will come to an end and this is my time. i am not doing this lightheartly...i really don't. i love this place. the fun we had there.

but life goes on... i've read myg's blog and see the wonderful storylines and friendships that have been build. which is amazing and will always be a topgol thing!

no one can beat that.

i don't know. i am just thrifting throughout SL right now. my boathhouse ocean land is still not finished but it is my lil safe heaven away from the sl and perhaps rl madness. sanctuary, place of my own...day dreaming and just reflecting on who knows what.

man this all is not easy.. i always wanted something of my own and i had it, and now i am pulling the plug.

well.......it will be up for about 2 more weeks, i paid my tierfees today, or maybe 3 weeks, since these trolls gonna charge me again for a whole month.

pretty much looks like it. they want us to provide our SSN's to some " political age verification company ". well , i for one wont give out my SSN to any 3rd party company - nope! thats a bunch of bullshit. they have my cc info and that is age proof enough.

but i guess SL has to cover their asses, since they got busted for childporn in world, incl photographs, by the german tv station "ARD".

it is against the law and constitution to provide your SSN to any third partie agency. incl.. what about identity theft?

i can only advise all sl business owners to sign this petition to stop LL from what they are about to do.

you've whined and complained about HER, how obsessive she is, how she wants sex all the time, how she made you download yahoo chat, how you have had spend the past 2 weeks sitting in her house having sex nonstop and how bored you've gotten with it, because you wanted to build and create in sl. you whined for a good hour, til i logged the hell off, because i had to take care rl shit and not having the time to listen to your endless waa waa waaa.

people are assholes - period!

starting from the guy who made a camper casino on our mainland sim to the nooblet to lady c, who doesn't seem to understand the meaning of a "contest"!

big bla bla on ventrilo in her cutsey voice, "gala and amanda are you both coming to the best in pajama contest tonight"?

ehh, yea sure.

amanda and me went shopping, took us hours to get some cute pj's, hair, bears and more to get dressed up, to enter the contest that lady c hosted last night at the carducci mansion.

anyhow, amanda and me decided to get the same style cats just in different colors. i am usually not into the lets dress the same thingy, but we looked so dam cute ( even carducci said we looked cute ), and we rocked the pink, aside both of us - not even liking this barbie color. but my roller/ curls hair doo needed pink ( thanks to sable for the hair doo tip ).

so pink we went.

i did all the hostess/ event thingy for a very long time in my sl life. the hard manual way, before voting boards were in world, before hell everything. i made 35L/hr as a hostess, hosted sometimes 4 events a day to save money to get myself a place. as a hostess, you have to be upbeat at all times, you are the most cheeriest and happiest person walking on this planet.

you chat with everyone, greet and make the customer feel comfortable. add the guests to a vip group, make sure they spend money on the dancer, dj's, the sploder. make sure they all vote for the best female/ male in whatever contest. as a hostess you keep the crowd going, talk and talk and talk, about whatever, make the noob feel like this is his/her second home. and when the contest begins - you watch the crowd if they tp a bunch of their friends in, you make sure everyone votes in order to win. yes, you better multitask your ass and keep everything going til the break of dawn.

now, this was my 2nd and pretty much last event i went too, hosted by lady c.

to me this wasn't a contest - no this was some sincere bullshit. people left within an half n' hour or even less, random money was tipped to the hostess's party favorites. the event never happend in public.... it was some secrety shit, and has never been announced in the open ( as every contest usually does ). amanda and me, were the best in theme- there was no doubt about it. i understand however if an employee cant win an contest - lots of clubs do that - as for me - i am not an employee. just help out sometimes, but i am not even in one of their groups.

same for crack, he was dressed really cool in spongebob shorts and some girly flip flops with a sexy AO walk -it was hillarious! did he win? no of course not.

when you host an event, you dont just advertize it on sl events - you talk in a group, send notices out, tp people, and emphasize on the events theme! so people get dressed, because they want to win money. my understanding was - best male/ female in sleepwear!

well no male was ever selected. and the female that won.... its just downright wrong. here a pic, the chic behind me, where i added the red marker - SHE won for best SLEEPWEAR??

are you kidding me?! the chic is dressed in camo and prim fur jacket! yet she won according to lady c, when we questioned her who WON. she couldnt even remember the name at first - and took her some thinking, ventrilo pause...and then " oh yea her name was jezebel or something" - lady c said.

i asked why was no announcement made.... she mumbled some incoherrent bullshit as in hellifiknow. funny thing was tho, she ( lady c ) dropped "random money" on people - no let me correct myself, on those " 3 weathergirls "- which are her friends. because after they gotten the money - they left one after one....i suppose they knew who WON!

amanda and me, couldn't believe that bullshit. well more me then her. because i run my lip in a split minute. amanda said " well we are the real winners... because we were dressed so nicely ". yes thats true, very true.

yet if something pisses me off - its favortism or badly handled so called contests. the crowd didn't make a decission who is dressed best - no seems like lady c alone made that decission.

no i dont need no 200L for my outfit, no i don't need 1000L for my costume. its not a matter of money but principle. there weren't hardly any people there to begin with. but to slap some money ( if she's ever gotten the money.........), on some random person, not in theme - then you miss hostess have failed big time.

if you want to know how to run a event, knock on my door nicely - and i show you how its done. take one of my " gala hostess classes" and then come again. til then, save that bullshit to your own dam self!
